Yummy Snow Ice Cream Recipe! The 'brrrr' of winter was made more bearable by this sweet treat of nature's bounty known as snow cream, or snow ice cream. As a child, one of my favorite pastimes was to venture the cold of new snow, gather this fresh fallen white delight, bring the treasured clean snow to Mom, and watch her perform her magic. Delicious, refreshing and exciting it was. You might say that Snow Ice cream was the wizardry combination work of mother nature and my stay at home mother to make this mother of all winter treats.
